Creamy and Rich Filling:  The filling of kunafa can vary, but it is commonly made with a stretchy, mild cheese like Nabulsi or Akkawi, or a rich, creamy custard. The cheese provides a slightly salty contrast to the sweetness of the syrup, while the custard offers a smooth and luscious texture. Nutty Undertones: Some variations of kunafa include a sprinkling of finely chopped pistachios or other nuts on top. These nuts add a delicate crunch and a nutty flavor that complements the buttery and swe
